    No, a good quality refilled cartridge will not damage the printer. A good quality refilled cartridge contains toner/ink & parts that are pre-tested and qualified for use in refilling. The refilling process follows standard procedures developed by experts to manufacture a product that is as good as the original.

    Will a refilled cartridge damage the printhead?

    No, it will not damage the printhead of the cartridge or the printer. Every printhead has a lifespan depending on usage. The more it is used, the faster it becomes thin. If the ink runs out while printing is in progress, the will be friction between paper & the printhead, which may cause the heat to burn the printhead. This can happen whether you use a refilled or original cartridge.

    How good is the quality of Veneta’s ink?

    We manufacture our own ink using the best ink ingredients/chemicals & technology from leading chemical companies in Europe. Our inks are compatible with the original cartridges. The print result is AS GOOD AS ORIGINAL, which is our motto for the company.

    Will your ink smear?

    Our inks are 100% tested & pre-qualified for use and will not smear if the correct paper is used for printing. If paper is too thin, smear may happen due to more absorbance and this will happen whether you use a refilled or original cartridge.

    What is the procedure if we want to refill a cartridge?

    For inkjet cartridge, the customer brings the empty cartridge to our shop for refilling. We will examine it, flush it out, clean it, refill with new ink, and finally test it. The whole process takes 10 – 15 minutes, depending on the conditions. If the refilled cartridge does not meet your expectations, you do not have to pay.
    For toner cartridges, we have ready to use remanufactured cartridges (with New spare parts), and you only have to exchange your empty cartridge with this new unit. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

    What is the difference between Refill/Recondition with Remanufactured?

    For Refill/Recondition, the customer must bring their empty cartridge for refilling. For Remanufactured, the customer need not bring their empty cartridge but instead they will buy a ready to use cartridge (with New spare parts).

    How much cheaper is refill price compared to original?

    Our inkjet refill price is 70% cheaper than the original cartridge.

    Does Veneta give warranty?

    Yes, we give print quality warranty for 3 months or until the ink is finished, whichever comes first. We do not give warranty for the printhead and printer hardware.

    Is print output or yield from refill cartridge the same as original cartridge.?

    The refill volume is the same as the original cartridge. The print output is generally the same, but this may vary depending on the file which you are printing. More bold characters and thick objects, may reduce the print output or yield.

    How many times can an inkjet and toner cartridge be refilled?

    It depends on the condition of the cartridge. Both inkjet & toner cartridge can be refilled up to 4-5 times if they are in good condition. However, if the condition is not good, this may reduce to only 2-3 times. If the condition is bad, then it cannot be refilled at all. For toner cartridge, we also offer ready to use cartridges, in exchange for your empty cartridge.

    Will the cartridge leak?

    No, we guarantee that it will not leak because all our cartridges are tested first before delivery to customer.

    If I want to keep a spare cartridge, how long can I keep it for?

    It can be kept for up to six months if you do not open the seal tape and also store it indoors. In fact if you face any problems, you can still visit our outlets to re-check the cartridge.

    How much ink or toner do you use to refill the cartridge?

    We fill the same volume as the original cartridge in order to give you the same page yield. We have established refill standards for every model.

    Can you refill my very old empty cartridge?

    We will examine every cartridge before we refill it, and we will also test after refilling to ensure that it's working properly. If your cartridge cannot be refilled, we will inform you without any charges.

    If we have any complains, can we visit any outlet to lodge the complaint?

    Yes, you can certainly lodge your complains at any outlet and we can liaise internally to sort it out.

    What technology Veneta is using?

    Our technology originates from Europe but we have made improvements to these machines & equipment to suit local conditions.

    Does Veneta use the same ink (or commonly known in the market as "universal" ink) for every model refilled?

    To optimize print quality, we only use dedicated (individual) inks for different types of cartridges. This is the same method used by the Original cartridge.

    Does Veneta provide delivery service?

    Yes, we provide delivery service subject to our normal terms & conditions. It will depend on your location and the purchase quantity. You may contact the nearest outlet for more information on this.
